Fat loss continues. The fat on my sides and back is almost completely gone. Even my obliques are fat free. Got a bit left on the direct front of my stomach. I’m rocking an intense muscle gut so I doubt I’ll ever have nice abs but getting the strain off my organs & joints is key.

sounds like you're on the way to the v-shaped back, which is a goal for many men. If you wanna broaden your shoulders/back best get used to pullups. A pullup bar is a great investment anyways
