Right now about 40-50, I’ve got a shoulder issue so I space them out to not aggravate it. Working on targeting muscles to build it up again.

Do this every other day. You can get a voodoo band for 10 USD. This is what I did to get my shoulder press ready again.pic.twitter.com/8mBNyeX8Nf

That’s amazing, thank you. I’m recovering from rotator cuff surgery and I’ve struggled to regain the strength in my shoulder.

https://youtu.be/rFNBcvw46SQ Here’s another thing to try, if you want to be more aggressive. Not gonna lie, the rotator cuff and front delt rolling with a tennis or lacrosse ball is excruciating the first few times. https://youtu.be/YerDfsn1jcA And one more, for when you get the floss.

Thank me by getting fighting fit. Once you are, spread the word. No one should accept pain and weakness when there is a way out. If you have any questions regarding them, my dm’s are open.

Fell on the ice 8 months ago and jammed my shoulder straight up into the socket. Been a pain ever since. Getting better slowly, but using it hurts.

It’s the most fragile joint in the body. But it can be fixed. Try my stuff first, and if a month or two doesn’t fix it, then we have to get medieval on it. If your joint got moved badly out of place, then pay special attention to this movement:pic.twitter.com/PgU2p3cXn9

Hurts most when I cross over to wash the other armpit. Hurts, then I have to grab and support it while I wash. Then it collapses and sags for a few seconds after I drop it.

Is the pain in the front of your delt? Also, what’s the mobility like on the shoulder? https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hokh0H60eis … Pay attention to which of these tests you have issues on. Also, once you do these exercises, test once per week. It may take some time to see noticeable improvement

Mobility is good. Feels like pain in the top front.
