Okay. I did a few things differently. Focused on natural testosterone boost. For me this was magnesium and zinc plus rooting out things that were killing it. I couldn’t lose fat because my hormones were trashed. Switched to eating mostly fatty meat and fiber like raw cabbage.

Cabbage blocks estrogen while liquefying fat to create bile. Huge jump start for me. Shredded 1/2 head of green cabbage, 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp light olive oil, mixed thoroughly, and ate 1 cup per meal with tons of eggs and fatty meat.

Fat melted away like a blow torch. The more fiber and animal fats I ate, the leaner I became. Prior to this setup I’d tried every fad diet, appetite pills, exercise, starvation, etc.

I went full on with the fat. Natural animal fat became my friend. I pounded down hot dogs, steak, hamburger, ham, chicken, anything I could get. Slammed the cabbage at almost every meal. Took a probiotic pill to manage the fiber bloat so I had no issues. Also used parsley flakes

Just the dried stuff, sprinkled in a good dose over the top. Eliminates bloat and aids digestion. That’s why it’s been served with restaurant food for so long. It’s mean to be eaten.
