2 years ago I was obese and couldn’t do 5 pushups. I gamed 14 hours a day on weekends and had 0 books written or published. Today I fit pants smaller than my high school size, can easily do 300 pushups a day, have 9 books written and 4 published, and work 3 jobs plus parenting.

Cabbage blocks estrogen while liquefying fat to create bile. Huge jump start for me. Shredded 1/2 head of green cabbage, 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp light olive oil, mixed thoroughly, and ate 1 cup per meal with tons of eggs and fatty meat.

Fat melted away like a blow torch. The more fiber and animal fats I ate, the leaner I became. Prior to this setup I’d tried every fad diet, appetite pills, exercise, starvation, etc.
