I don't fully understand it either, but what I do know is it appears to be a modified paleo diet. Little to no carbs, high protein and fat. The two types of people usually doing this diet are diabetics/prediabetics and people trying to lose weight.

Lots of protein and fat, so heavy on meat, butter, and oils. Fibrous greens are a good side to complement. Low-to-no carbs, so no breads, pastas etc, and also no potatoes, and no sugar--even avoid most fruit. It's extremely effective, imo. Especially when combined with fasting.

Favorite part: It reduces--or in my case eliminates--most inflammation. So, you know how you're always achy in the joints or even the chest? Because that's just normal after 30? Well, turns out I could make that go away. :)

eat organic free range fatty animals. maybe wrap every 10th bite in an organic lettuce leaf. avoid all all sugars/carbs you can. as a special treat you may eat a blueberry. puts hair on your chest, and if you are working out pumps you up like Arnold. rest of your life.

It’s definitely bad for the appendix. A friend of mine found that out. All he ate was steak for two months then his appendix burst
