Well your knees have to bend so if you have an ACL or PCL issue try it slow at first to see if it causes pain. If not, you’ll enjoy them!

In fact I was wondering the impact in the knees. I struggle a lot with burpees. I don't do them anymore. ACL surgery x2 since +10y ago.
