Just completed my final set of 300 pushups for the current push-up challenge of 4,400 in 30 days. Did two challenges back-to-back. Up next is sit-ups. Upper body is toned, time to get my abs tight. In other news, my bicep circumference is now 16.5 inches and my neck is 17.
