Little children forced to fight strangers for scraps of attention from an impersonal attendant. Babies bonding deeply with a caregiver only to have them ripped away and disappear forever without explanation when they change jobs. Daycare is murder on children. Kids need family.

I actually read in a Reddit thread that some parents believed they had to send their kids to pre-K and daycare because "those are the professionals and they would know better than us." Why have children if you don't even believe you're qualified to raise them?

it has been a deliberate destruction of the extended family unit, starting (or obvious) post ww2 and accelerating from there. Biggest leap since then was the movement encouraged in the 1960s specifically preying on blacks to be single parents in order to get welfare.
