I'm pretty sure I am.over engaged but a metric will be nice. Being a caregiver, wife, mother, and every hat I wear, maybe I need to see what my numbers are. (I feel like its 11 out of 10 24/7.) Maybe it will teach me that I need more self care

A distinct possibility. Perhaps instead of engagement you could record a stress score.
