“Brometheus is a machine.” “Wow Adam you’re so productive.” I see messages like this almost every day. But every person reading this has the potential to surpass me. My secret is just slow and consistent improvement. Over a long enough time that looks huge. You can do it, too.

Believing five minutes doesn’t matter. Wasting your lunch break on social media. Giving into being too tired after work - every day for ten years. Believing you have any spare moments in your life as if you have infinite time to accomplish goals. These are what hold you back.

Cultivate discipline. Start small. First track your time expenses. How much do you spend on social media? Where are your time drains? Where do you just flop and do nothing at all to improve or enjoy your life? Track them by annual time. The numbers will horrify you into action.
