Legit question, and I’ll tag @tannerguzy in since maybe he knows:
Is there a way to get pants fitted to your actual dimensions instead of just whatever sizes stores carry? I’m like a 34x27-28 and there’s just no hope of me not rolling up the legs.

Here's what you do: take a sharpie and draw a line on your pants about where you want your cuff to fall. Use scissors to cut along line. Throw away excess. Ta-Da. Problem solved.

Can I just wade through mud so the mud forms a discolored seal on the threads?

Use a lighter to melt the ends like with horse tack?

Dangerous if you are wearing the pants at the time, but worth a try.

TJ Maxx, Marshall's, and even good will with a little bit of luck, plus tailoring = look better than spending $60-$200 per article and living with a mediocre fit. Most dress shirts are cut like hot air balloons but can be taken in for $10-$20
