I quit identifying as Democrat 10 years ago, left the Republican side 2 years ago. Just left the Libertarian, way to much against my religious beliefs. I'm not sure why it took so long to realize i was labeling myself, and I hate labels. Damn programming, that one was embedded.

Yeah. I don't belong to any political party here in the UK either. I have my beliefs too and guess try to render them against which party best serves them at voting time.

Well honestly, if I had to pick a party it would be the Constitution Party, as far as adhering to my Christian beliefs and my stance on small government. I dont know if many Americans have even heard of them lol.

I think that's fair. It makes sense: your religious beliefs are what defines your life. Thus, the political party should be secondary to them.
