Bumped up to 200 daily pushups yesterday. Next week is 300 daily. Getting swole for the Lord, gotta heft that sword.

Odds that 100s of pushups being an efficient path to muscle are low.

It’s a push-up program of 100 for a few weeks, 200 for a week, 300 for a few days. Supposed to build muscle but also build discipline for the month. Not expecting to bulk so much as build that discipline.
