ALSO! Make sure you do lunge stretches through a doorway to stretch your bulking chest muscles. Put elbow on the door frame with forearm and palm going up the wall, lunge forward until you feel the stretch, hold 30 seconds. Switch sides. Should feel great after those 30 seconds.
