My anxiety book is also helpful to guard against the creep of fear. Be proactive like @trailblazer2019https://twitter.com/trailblazer2019/status/1131231069762670592 …

The premise supporting your book doesn't appear sensible: Why would an individual want to guard against fear//reduce their fear//avoid their fear as opposed to acquiring the strength required to render their fear irrelevant? I don't understand... could you explain?

The only way to grow stronger than your fear is to overcome it and conquer it so your fear response is diminished to that specific stimuli. This kills the fear. A healthy person does not live in constant fear. Likewise a strong person overcomes the fear and no longer feels it.

I still don't understand -- you still seem to be coming at the problem from a point of diminishing/killing/reducing your fear. I don't understand why a healthy person would ever want to diminish, reduce, or kill their fear. .... what I'm asking is... why not just be strong?

A book telling people to “Just be strong” is unlikely to help people overcome a history of childhood trauma and anxiety born of attachment issues which skew their perception of self and reality. My book is designed to help people combat irrational fear and anxiety based on these.

A book just "telling people to be strong"? Yeah... that would fail But a book showing people how you became so strong in the face of your fear that, over time, your fear no longer affected you would be more likely to succeed than the model of book you describe.

I suggest you read the book and see what I’m teaching and make your assessment from there.
