Behold, another acolyte of cabbage. You all laughed when I posted three times a day for six months about the benefits of cabbage. But I’m not alone. There are so many more of us out here, slithering in the darkness, munching crucifers... https://twitter.com/_Rian_Stone/status/1116489962554298369 …

Not when you take a daily probiotic so the bacteria can feed on the cabbage, plus eat a healthy dash of parsley flakes in your food now and then.
@_Rian_Stone can tell you the same, no doubt. Cabbage blocks estrogen and forces your body to liquify fat deposits to make bile.2 replies 0 retweets 1 like -
Been running an experiment to share with people who struggle with weight loss. Diets have never worked for me, but adding a ton of green cabbage, probiotic, targeted supplements, and parsley has. Zero exercise and still eating fatty foods, dropped from XXL shirt to L shirt 4 mths

I did about a cup per day 3-4 days per week. 1/2 shredded green cabbage, 1/4 cup cover vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt. Serve in wraps or as sides to meals.

How much does the vinegar help? (I have bad vinegar memories.)

Wilts the cabbage to make it more palatable for most folks. This is similar to German coleslaw. You can do it without vinegar but it will be very crunchy. If that’s your thing, go for it. You just want the fibrous nature of the cabbage still intact.

And I think I remember you saying this has to be raw cabbage.

Yes. Boiling it breaks down the divers and renders it almost useless for this purpose.
