My employer allows dads 4 weeks of paid paternity leave. My wife went back to work & explained to the other women that I was home taking care of the baby. The women said, "Good now he'll know what it's like!" Or, "It'll be nice for him to get the practice." PS: I'm very involved

This was our 2nd kid but the other women were gitty that I would be forced to be the sole caregiver for a month. My wife had to explain to them that it was new for me help and not a punishment.

So true, I’m only the man I am today because of my father. It’s crazy when I bring him up most of my friends just look down or ignore the comment. It shows that they have nothing to relate too and it bothers them.

Not to mention being turned into a social pariah if you dare mention how kids need both of the masculine and feminine role models to be healthy and well balanced. Parents need to learn that how you treat and get treated by the opposite sex is the blueprint your child follow.
