Slept in until 6:30 this morning after one heck of a busy weekend, still doesn’t feel like enough. Full work week ahead of me with no real rest behind me except this one night. Keep moving forward. Recharge as I go. Time to make this week work for me.

When I was in the service, and was under moderate sleep deprivation, I found that an hour nap would usually give me enough of a wake-up boost to carry through the rest of the day. Any more than an hour, though, and it was grogginess hell.

I think 45 minutes has been suggested to me for sleep cycling.
