Since Christmas I’ve dropped 2 shirt sizes from XXL to L. 1 cup of raw cabbage 6x per week, probiotic capsules, targeted vitamin supplements, and portion control. No exercise. Eating burgers, pizza, burritos, ice cream, and fries. You don’t have to hate life. Just be mindful.
No way, about 1 cup of the shredded cabbage per day. Maybe 2 cups if I’m feeling super hungry.
