Since Christmas I’ve dropped 2 shirt sizes from XXL to L. 1 cup of raw cabbage 6x per week, probiotic capsules, targeted vitamin supplements, and portion control. No exercise. Eating burgers, pizza, burritos, ice cream, and fries. You don’t have to hate life. Just be mindful.

Portion control is key. But it is very hard since we are often served portions we don't need.

The best way to offset this is to fill half the plate with leafy veggies first. I use shredded cabbage dressed in vinegar.
