Since Christmas I’ve dropped 2 shirt sizes from XXL to L. 1 cup of raw cabbage 6x per week, probiotic capsules, targeted vitamin supplements, and portion control. No exercise. Eating burgers, pizza, burritos, ice cream, and fries. You don’t have to hate life. Just be mindful.

Cabbage blocks estrogen in the body. It also is a crucifer and forces the body to liquify existing fat deposits into bile to digest it which increases the lipid output in stool.

Weirdly, I have only lost 3 pounds. But I’ve dropped 2 shirt sizes and the fat loss is incredible. I believe the pattern I’ve followed decreases estrogen and increases testosterone, so as the fat melts away the muscles become denser and heavier. My muscles are harder and bulkier.
