Since Christmas I’ve dropped 2 shirt sizes from XXL to L. 1 cup of raw cabbage 6x per week, probiotic capsules, targeted vitamin supplements, and portion control. No exercise. Eating burgers, pizza, burritos, ice cream, and fries. You don’t have to hate life. Just be mindful.
Small plates are bad. Big plates. But half-filled with high-fiber veggies before adding the rest.

In fairness he tries. But as a kid, he used to sleepeat. Apparently a strong survival instinct.
