I think I’ve discovered the secret to excellent homemade burgers, what all the juiciest burger joints use. Worcestershire sauce. Transforms the flavor or the burger. The right bun also makes a huge difference. And frying the bun insides lightly before plating.

Also the cut of meat used. Example: In-N-Out uses 60% lean chuck for their burger meat. No need for binder.
