Heck, I basically make a mini meatloaf. Eggs and breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic, Worcestershire. Salt and pepper of course... frequently baste them in a sauce, too.

I mix in Worcestershire sauce, & about a teaspoon per pound of minced garlic and onion, and a bit of salt and pepper. Keeps the burger from being too dense.

Pro tip.... lightly butter the bun after it is toasted. And yes use ONLY 100% real Grade A BUTTER.

Salt, pepper, garlic, red pepper, Worcestershire, mustard. All mixed into the meat before you make it into patties. Then grilled to medium.

CAN CONFIRM Worchestershire sauce is my FAV I have always used it in my burgers (and meatloaf!) and also I don’t even use a bun unless it’s lightly toasted
