Title IX issues in college. In essence, college took up charges against a male student for inappropriate sexual conduct and declared themselves authority, held a trial, denied him due process, had a biased prosecutor, didn’t allow him representation, no confronting accuser, etc.
Basically said “We don’t need no stinking legal authority, why get law enforcement involved” and then held show trials against accused men worse than most deposed rulers receive from an angry mob. 136 lawsuits have been filed against that one university alone for the policy.
Wow.... First: what is Title 9? And what kind of judgement were these universities enforcing (other than the humiliation and slander such process brings)? Kicking the student out from the university?
