Boil water with a dash of salt to lower the boiling point, break eggs into water and turn down to medium, cook for exactly 3 minutes, remove with spoon.

Pickled ginger is much better for digestion and is great with rice & eggs. You can also try some digestive enzymes if you have digestive issues.
