How to tell a spouse that their anger, attitude, and aggression are impacting the family? Esp when everything is taken as an attack
•Ignore behaviors you don’t like?
•Speak to them in positives?
•Address issues individually?

This is a huge question. I wrote extensively about addressing communication issues with angry spouses in my marriage guide. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MXBXKKX/

Just got it in my mailbox! I witnessed a husband upset that wife always speaks in an angry, irritated, or sarcastic tone, even to the kids. Wife paid no attn to his concern but cont’d on about other issues Seemed like no respect for husb, but I’m looking at it from a husb view

Sounds like no respect. Either weak frame on his part which leads to no respect, attachment issues on her part, or a combination of both.
