Been off cabbage for a week now to see how long the effects last without the vegetable intake, looking forward to trying cabbage wraps again this weekend with carne asada and a creamy lime sauce.
Research indicates some benefits of some vegetables extend past intake. Even up to a few weeks. Testing to see what my body does and at what point past intake.
