Have a poke around, they are cheap and sometimes free. Down here we have St John's Ambulance who do them. Costs a couple of hundred, but 1000% worth it.

yeah, have a first aid kit handy with bandages, compresses and nitrile gloves. Maintain it every 6 months. Also throw some condoms in there, as well as sanitary pads. Pads make AWESOME sticky compression dressings. Condoms are useful for tourniquets.

Also some plastic bags, incase you need to preserve amputated pieces (toes, fingers, hands etc) in ice, for latter reattachment.
