      Have a poke around, they are cheap and sometimes free. Down here we have St John's Ambulance who do them. Costs a couple of hundred, but 1000% worth it.

      Course usually goes for a couple of days, and covers all the important stuff, CPR, Bleeding, choking, broken bones, sprains, asthma attacks..

      I have done up to Lvl 3, so I know how to do Emergency Trach ^_^ I can cut a hole in your neck, and keep you breathing if I have to.
