In the last 6 weeks I have become noticeably slimmer across my torso so that people have been commenting. Dropped another pants size. My neck and jaw tightened up nicely. I’ve also gained 7 pounds. With zero exercise at all. I am so confused.

Clean up your diet * Low carbs * Lots of fruit and vegs * Lots of quality protein (Chicken, beef, Pork, lamb) * Ween yourself of processed foods and learn to cook. (Slow cookers are awesome!)
