Huh. That sounds like something I never would have thought of and probably would have hated as a kid. But it actually sounds like it could be nice. Not sure if the cabbage would make the texture that much better or just yuck. Based on your tweet, probably good.

I wish I’d shredded it a lot smaller, but yes. Excellent. Would be an overpowering crunch if not for the added texture of the meat to balance it all out.
