Marinated 4 pounds of sliced chicken breast in beer, soy sauce, and orange juice for 18 hours. Gonna fry it all up today with butter and minced garlic then serve it in wraps with shredded cabbage dressed in vinegar, Roma tomatoes, mozerella cheese, and spicy sriracha sauce.
