What I do Fridays is make up a giant batch of some meat. Carne asada or curry chicken or shredded pork. Then I make the cabbage and pick two other ingredients. Onions, cilantro, black beans, tomatoes, cheese, something. Finish with a sauce. Then make tortilla wraps all weekend.

Carne asada is super easy. Rub steak with Lowry’s salt Cut into 1cm cubes Soak in orange juice 1 hour Drain juice Fry until brown, drain more juice halfway through Mix with diced white onion and shredded cilantro. Add to cabbage. Black beans or salsa go great to add moisture.

This weekend will be marinating chicken breast cubes in orange juice and soy sauce. Cook in butter and minced garlic with curry powder. Add shredded cabbage salad, sliced roma tomatoes, and sriracha sauce. Wrap in tortilla.
