What on earth is @netflix thinking by remaking Watership Down in computer animation and putting it in the kids section? What possible reason could there be to miscategorize it this way for a whole new generation?

"What on Earth is Netflix thinking" is the real question. Besides ruining everything they can get their hands on in a desperate race to secure NostalgiaBux subscriptions before they collapse in on themselves.

Seriously looking at doing the same after several of these choices I’ve seen targeted at kids.

More and more we’re making that same switch. We like watching Father Brown on Netflix but I’m struggling to think what else we use it for.

I've amassed a big physical media collection over the years thanks to used stores. Works out well for cutting the cable.

I don’t like digital copies of games or books because I feel like I’m just renting them, but for some reason I’m fine doing this for movies and shows. Maybe I should go back to hard copy and drop streaming.

I've been working on my film library for years and love it. For film nuts, it's essential because you're not beholden to whatever is on streaming, & you can own hard to find titles that will never stream.

Then you're going to love the poster I'm hanging in my new game room in a few weeks.
