To say that Peter was one of the faithful when he denied Christ three times is incorrect. To say that he returned to the fold and became one of the faithful once more after repenting is accurate. Where is the judgment?

The "Rock" is not so steady is it? That is what I mean, there are objective facts and supernatural facts that only God has command of. Who knows the rightness but who can find fault in themselves first - AND THEN seek the judgement of God?

This seems to imply that Lutherans are equal to Catholics in faithfulness to Christ. Correct me if I’m wrong, but since the Lutheran church is not in communion with the Catholic Church, that would imply the Catholics made the decision that leaving the Church was unfaithful.
