It should be noted that it is impossible to be a faithful Catholic and never pray to the saints, as the Solemnities of Holy Mary, the Mother of God, her Immaculate Conception and her Assumption; St. Joseph; St. Peter and St. Paul, Apostles; and All Saints are Days of Precept.

The Communion of Saints is one of the wonderful Mysteries of the Church I actually like to meditate on it. God created it so Salvation is through a communion of saints. We're to related as individuals, yes, but also as a community to God, Why did he do that?

Think also about what it means that we, as a church (all the churches, militant, suffering, and triumphant), ARE also the Body of Christ, all he parts of the body work together. This is one reason why I'm Catholic, these are mysteries you will never get tired of thinking about.
