I've been eating shredded cabbage with vinegar & oil almost every day and my waist line is shrinking dramatically, all the fat on my body is burning away. I had to drop a whole size of shirt. Realizing I used to stand with my hips forward from weight. Now I need perfect posture.
No workout. Still eating junk food. I eat a serving of about 1 cup of cabbage two times a day with meals. Fat is melting like ice in the tropics.

I just use extra green cabbage instead of red cabbage and carrots, ignore the dijon mustard and sugar, and use apple cider vinegar.pic.twitter.com/SRdFWeRuJW
