Plus the fiber burns fat on its own, which is great. I use this as a base for wraps and then add some protein and sauce.

Pretty much any meal, I eat mostly wraps on weekends now. Big dinners have a heaping cabbage pile on the side.

Yeah this would be ideal. I also have a super simple carne asada recipe which makes 5 pounds easily for use throughout the week. Add some black beans and you’ve got a protein and fiber wrap.

Rub any cheap steak with Lowry’s salt, both sides. Cut into 1cm cubes. Soak in ziplock bags of orange juice for 1 hour. Drain juice. Fry meat until brown, drain more juice halfway through. Eat.
