Plus the fiber burns fat on its own, which is great. I use this as a base for wraps and then add some protein and sauce.

Raw and shredded. Vinegar and salt wilts it down pretty hard so it’s pliable and palatable. Oil adds flavor.

Can I sub paleo mayo for the oil and add celery salt?
Are you using fresh or pre-shredded cabbage? Fresh is a ridiculously wet vegetable. -
