I don’t think we eat the root. And I can barely taste parsley at all, even in this amount. Only tasted it once during the meal.
Ah okay. We put the root into soups, usually alongside carrots. But it goes to some other meals too. It is strange because I thought it was standard, like carrots, but I found out most countries don't eat it.
