That's the whole thing brother. They BELIEVE they have to be ready for the pain. Can you not choose what you believe? Can you not choose to go above the pain? Can you not choose to conquer your fears and do as you please? Im not buyin that depression isnt curable thru will

Depression is often curable through will. My question to you is this: If you believe there’s no other way, you’ve closed yourself off from others, you’re exhausted every minute of every day, and you believe you’re barely hanging on by your fingernails, how do you find new way?

I like that question. It's an important one. My answer is simple. Do as billions of people have done before you. Take another step forward. Momentum is a very powerful thing brother. Muster whatever strength you can and try one small thing. Stagnation is what kills.

If it was me, i don't think i could ever lose all hope The fact is, if you live in a first world country there's always opportunity Losing all hope is something that SHOULD only happen in extreme circumstances that dont involve regular life If all hope is lost. Idk what id do

What else can you do other than try to get better?

Trying to get better is a response to believing that things CAN get better, right? What if you believe that no matter what you do things will never change because you lack the power to change your world?

If thats the case What can you do If one believes nothing can ever change then nothing will ever change This is the thought line that leads people to suicide If one honestly with 100% of their being has zero hope The only thing left is faith Have faith when there is no hope

Faith is still the belief that things can change.

Faith and hope are different animals in my opinion.

Is faith not the essence of hope?
