I type over 100 words per minute and when I write I enter an intense flow state, so when I edit later it’s funny to see where my brain has unknowingly replaced whole words with homophones. Me: “‘He dove into the see’? What the hell, brain?” Brain: “Haha idk, lets get a burger.”

That's pretty fast! The fastest I was ever able to get was 65 wpm. But I broke my hand about a decade ago and now I'm much slower because fingers aren't pointed in the right direction anymore and I constantly hit the wrong keys with the right hand.

Get a job typing for a living and you too can become a horrible monstrosity of word flow.

I doubt it. Job typing was how I managed to get it up to 65. Was 40 before I made it a career component.

Well... maybe you’re just more diligent with your word choice. And you don’t splash in homophones. :)
