Been dragging hard for 3-4 weeks and couldn’t figure out why. Realized I’d been infrequent with my vitamins. Took a full dose yesterday including a magnesium supplement. Humming with energy today and feel ten years younger. Check your vitamin levels. They’re the foundation.

This is good advice. When it's harder to get sunshine in the cold dark months, it's a good idea to supplement D, too. I recommend cod liver oil. 2 tsps/day.

Vitamin D and Magnesium and B vitamins have been key for me. Notice my lips get flakey when my B is low, and my mind gets foggy when Magnesium is low.
