Thanks! My dad used to make me eggs and potatoes every morning for breakfast, with a glass of orange juice. It’s one of my favorite things from childhood.
Sounds delicious. Just fried potato disks? Looks simple to replicate.
Well he would make hash browns, or sometimes wedges. I’m just better at making disks. Wedges are simple enough.. but hash browns are a pain. I’m not sure what I do wrong, but it’s always a mess.
How do you cook the disks? How long? I want to try this.
I never timed it, I just wait til they are golden. I flip them three times, that gets it nice and even.
For potatoes, guessing about ten minutes? Use any oil or butter?
