Had a family member commit suicide 36 hours before I posted this. If you see this message and open up about your problems, or stop to help a stranger or loved one you’d normally bypass out of politeness, that transforms their memory from a tragic story to a legacy of healing.

Have been on the edge many times, now I talk too much, and people stop talking to me because of it. There's no shame in talking. People who make you feel like shit are the reason ppl don't get help. I'm truly sorry for your loss, I'd never with that on you or your family member.
