That's okay. I just wanted to lecture you how in Hungarian we call the "normal" onion "red onion" and realized it would be more precise to say "red bulb" bc we don't have the word "onion". So there's that.

The "yellow" ones. Those are the standard onion for cooking here. They are also the ones used in burgers by McD and BK. The purple ones are usually eaten raw with ... with "greasy bread"? (bread slice you spread lard on)

I’ve never heard of greasy bread, but I’d try it that way. Here McDonald’s uses white onions I believe. Much sharper.
