When I converted to Catholicism, so many people told me to become Lutheran instead because they’re “practically the same.” They’re not. Our current Pope just makes it look that way.

If I was to “convert” to a high liturgical church I’d be Lutheran. Not because they are the same, but, because they are different. The sacraments, Virgin Mary, priesthood of the saints...etc so much more than one tweet could list.

I’d shy from Anglican due to female pastors (which I’m not convince is biblical) and their acceptance of homosexual marriage in many of their churches. Which incidentally these two issues tend to go hand in hand, the latter a result of the prior imo.

Reformation? Yes, in a way. But in reverse. I think we need to unite under the banner of Christ, both left and right, and begin to love each other as Jesus commanded. Working together I believe will advance to kingdom further.
