That is a curious question. Would you watch an author stream their writing?

Harlan Ellison could get away with it because... well, his point was that writing is hard work, and there's nothing magical about it. But thinking about it, I've never sat down as a reader and thought "I wish I could've watched the author write this."

Pre-writing, outlining, and that type of work could be educational though. One of the most cliché questions out there is "Where do you get your ideas?" so that may answer that question for those who... haven't caught on that we literally just make stuff up.
