How long have you been doing this leg? Curious since I've found myself to have dropped to an acceptable weigh range thanks to calorie counting and exercise, but still saddled with stubborn flab in the belly region.

More recently. Lots of raw cabbage and broccoli and carrots and spinach. Double the amount of any fatty foods. Been phenomenal in a short amount of time.
